Enigin - The Best Way To Chill Out

posted by Enigin in Enigin News, General

You’re making dinner and absent-mindedly watching television, with your washing machine purring in the background… and suddenly your electricity is cut off! You can no longer use electric appliances for your cooking, or watch TV, the lights are off, and your washing is soaking in the machine…

You’re thinking: ‘another black out, it’ll be back on in a few minutes.’

But what if this was to happen all the time, regularly, and for long periods of time each time?

Enigin - 10 Years To Curb Climate Change

posted by Enigin in General

According to the British Met Office, the world only now has less than 10 years left to bring greenhouse gas emissions under control before the damage becomes irreversible.

Less than a decade, which isn’t much at all, considering how much greenhouse gasses are being pumped into the air from all corners of the planet! This is why energy efficiency, which Enigin provide worldwide, is crucial and is experiencing such high demand.

So how can we achieve this? Well in my mind there are only so many ways, one of which is saving energy. Because energy consumption creates carbon emissions, as we all know. And this in turn contributes to global warming.

What Difference Do Enigin Make?

posted by Enigin in Business Advice, General
Now here’s a question I take great pleasure in answering personally! Being a company that specialises in energy efficiency, what difference can Enigin make in terms of saving energy and reducing the business world’s impact on the environment?

The planet’s natural resources are diminishing at a mind-boggling speed, and the consumption of energy, generally in excess, contributes to polluting the Earth. As far as statistical facts go, one must know that businesses account for no less than 30% of the global carbon emissions! A massive third of the CO2 emissions leading to the greenhouse effect is directly due to business activity.

The First of Many!!

Welcome to my Blog!

This is my first of many future posts and I would hope that by taking the time to read through what I have to say, you will end up equally, if not more enthused by what Enigin has to offer now and in the future.

I feel that it is a really exciting time to be involved with Enigin and I base this on the extremely high levels of enquiry and activity that is being produced within the office everyday. Take just this morning as an example; I have been speaking to interested parties from all over the globe. Russia, Indonesia, Australia, India, and Saudi Arabia too name but a few. I think this really drives home the global interest in energy saving and conservation that challenges us all on a daily basis.

We have recently had two members of our Board of Directors separately visiting Australia and the United States. Ben Wilcocks, our Sales Director has been in Daytona Beach meeting with one of our successful approved distributors to help with ongoing support for his flourishing energy saving business. Tim McMahon, our Commercial Director was invited to Australia by UK Trade and Investment, a branch of UK government, to demonstrate what we can do for Australian business. He was also meeting with successful Enigin Distributors, accompanying them on business meetings and hosting a seminar in Sydney. You can read further articles and watch videos on the success of both of these excursions by visiting our websites www.enigin.com and www.enigin-typepad.com.

In addition, yet another Enigin Open Day has come and gone. This was held here on the 16th November at our Global HQ in Cornwall. We had 17 delegates attend for the morning’s presentation hosted by our Board of Directors with 8 more staying on for our weeks training course. Yet again, this was a highly successful event and we hope to be speaking very soon with the attendees on how to further their ongoing interests in becoming Accredited Independent Distributors for Enigin PLC and starting their Energy Saving Businesses.

Well, that’s all from me for now. I wish you all a very successful day!!
