IN the northern hemisphere now is the time to act to save energy in the winter.

We tend to consider how much our air-con will be working as the days get warmer, and this should not be forgotten but hopefully we acted awhile ago to either replace an old inefficient unit or have an intelligent air-con controller fitter, before actually needed it so that when we switch the unit on it is not swallowing loads of money.
